Acceptable use policy
A privacy service only stays usable if it isn't abused into the ground. Keep it clean.
Not allowed
- Anything involving child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, reported.
- Network attacks: hacking, port scanning, DDoS, credential stuffing, malware distribution.
- Spam — bulk unsolicited email or messaging.
- Activity that endangers the network's IP reputation or other users' access.
How we enforce without logs
We don't monitor your traffic. Enforcement is reactive: on a valid abuse report tied to one of our exit IPs, we can null-route the offending peer and, for severe cases, terminate the account. We act on the minimum information necessary.
Email abuse@vpn.golf with the exit IP, timestamp (with timezone), and a description. We respond promptly.
